I was contacted by a Talent Acquisition Manager from Generac about setting up a phone interview. After working through our schedules over multiple emails we agreed on a date. As a professional did my diligence and hired a baby sitter for the scheduled time. 30 minutes before the interview she rescheduled the interview for the following day. The following day waited for an hour and sent her a note through linkedin and email but never heard back. Not even a reply about wasting my time 2 days in row. This shows the culture of disrespect that is embedded in the company that other people in this forum are talking about.
