I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Gates Hudson (Washington, DC) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online. Next day, I received a phone call from the property manager asking me to come in to have a 1:1 interview. The following day, I came in and interview was with one of the leasing consultant that worked there. He asked me basic questions and explain to more in depth about the job position. I was told I was going to be interview with the other two employees "leasing consultant and the head concierge" but neither one was prepare or was able to talk with me. I was told I would get a phone call from the property manager asking to come in for a second interview. I follow up multiple times - thru direct emails and phone calls. No responses back about the position. I would understand if they decided to go with other candidate but the professionalism was terrible how they handle the situation. The lack of communication at this property confirm I was better off not working here.
The interview was quick and comfortable . It was a detailed interview, they answered all of my questions and concerns. The interviewer was knowledgeable about the concerns i had going in.
