I had to write a blog before the in-person interview. The interview was done with someone in the team who didn't have any information about the role - not what the role would entail or salary range. Afterward, they wanted about 2 hours of work done on real projects and problems they had prepared as a 'test'. It felt like they wanted work and ideas for free and I left really disappointed.

An informal chat followed by a written assignment, done in the same place. It seemed like they were using real company problems for the written assignment and sourcing ideas from the interview process as well as a person to fill the job.
