Interview
Firstly, a phone interview, normal interview questions to know more about background. Then arrange for another interview, written test followed by talking with HR leader. Writtern test has three parts, 20 minutes each. One is GMAT-type questions, a little bit difficult. Second is estimation question, and last is random questions. Interview with HR leader is ok, normal questions as well. Then ask for another round of interview with the department head, also nomal questions. Then that's all.

Interview
Firstly I was asked to do a written test consisted 3 parts, numerical, logical and creativity. After the tests was an interview with hr. It was fun and the hr person seem nice. Questions were mostly standard CV questions. Second round was interview with management. It was nice talking with them as well.
