The interview process was a positive experience and while it was relatively informal, I was asked challenging questions. There was scope for development in the role and many of the seniors had come up through the ranks within Gardner

Have you played a part in setting a companies business continuity management approach
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gardner Aerospace (Derby, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview itself went very well. I wasn't too impressed with how they changed their mind 3 times about interview times. I was asked to attend a second interview, which I was looking forward to. It was cancelled 2 days before, due to Gardner Aerospace deciding that they'd rather recruit from within. This in itself is fine, but please do this before asking Candidates to attend interview, and wasting their time, effort and money (time off work, and fuel expenses). This has left a bad taste in my mouth, especially bearing in mind how long this job had been advertised on various platforms, so it was a real slap in the face, and suggests a cavalier and disorganised approach to hiring.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gardner Aerospace (Derby, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Friendly chat and a discussion on my experiences. The challenges faced in previous positions and career aspirations. The expectations of the employer from the position and the challenges within it and how I would be able to handle these.
