Interview
When I had some questions whilst working on the design task, I received no reply. The design task was mentioned briefly in the interview, but the interviewers did not go through it at all or ask about my process. Was told that everyone is paid the same salary in the team regardless of experience or years of service.

Question 1
If you left your current employer, what would they write in the job advert when looking for your replacement?

Interview
Initially chosen to supply my answer to 2 design tasks requested with 1 weeks notice.
The file upload portal didn’t even accept the file types that were requested. This took some emails to find a work around.
After a weeks work of creating what was requested, I received an email saying I would not be selected. When asking for some feedback considering the time and effort put into the tasks I was ignored.
I think this lengthy task could go 2nd in the recruitment process. So you are not widely wasting a big group of designers time and effort, with absolutely no feedback to help them at the end!

Interview
Very simple. Not as much emphasis on the skills required in the job specifications on the vacancy ad. More to do with whether you're a very good fit within Games Workshop.
