The interview consists of four rounds. The first three were all phone interviews. The last round is an in-person interview (more of a meet & greet than anything). Be prepared for a LONG interview process. There is no urgency on their end, unfortunately. Keep in mind Gallagher heavily prefers to hire from within (they even mentioned this to me), so you may get dragged along all the way to the end of the process for them to choose an internal candidate.
