Behavioral Style Interview... Learning More About You. Zero Techincal Questions since they do not expect you to know anything about the insurance industry, if you do, it's a plus. Overall, it is a very easy process where the interview is a conversation than a typical interview you may have elsewhere.

Tell me About Yourself? Why Sales? Why Gallagher? How did you fall into insurance/Gallagher?
Very professional like. It was a phone call and then second round interviews were in-person with 3 different rounds of interviews. You talked to two current Gallagher brokers in each interview. They then placed you in a division for your sales internship.

Interview
The person interviewing was very personable, I just didn’t appreciate learning the position had already been filled, making it a bit redundant and a waste of time. I don’t understand if the position had already been filled why I was still allowed to interview in the first place.
The people in this office were incredible and they were very engaging in the interview. They asked lots of questions, but nothing that was impossible to answer. They acted like they wanted people to mesh with the culture they have already built.
