Received an email, signed up for a group interview session, also filled out a questionnaire. Then received a phone interview depending on how the group session went. The whole thing was pretty straightforward.

Question 1
Mostly stuff revolving around how you work around children, including scenario questions, and roleplaying (sort of) as a camp counselor leading a group on an exercise.
pretty easy, just a bunch of scenario questions and asking about how we would handle different situations. it's a group interview and it's not a stressful environment at all, you'll be alright
