Interview
It has been 2 months today since my first phone interview with Galderma. I have since had 5 other interviews and I am still to interview with one other manager. All of the interviewers asked the exact same questions, STAR format nonsense with no effort to actually get to know the candidate. Overall, it’s like talking to robots. If I am offered the job, I will not accept.
