Online application, telephone interviews, in-person interviews. Prior to in-person interviews asked to take an online personality test. Interview with team leader was friendly and professional. The interview with HR was aggressive - it seemed to be what’s known as a “stress interview” and the questions asked were mainly based on the personality test results.

Very strange process and communication. The process for broken for one month. At the end it went quite well but all in all it was a very weird process which didn’t feel very professional.
