Phone Screen, Role Play, Face-to-Face. After an initial 30 minute phone screen I made it to the next round and told I would be contacted for interview #2. After multiple communications to their team about scheduling a follow up interview, I was largely ignored but told that I was still a candidate. The responses I received were cold and disinterested, bordering on unprofessional and disrespectful. I have no interest in a continued relationship with a company that treats talent this way, and have withdrawn my application for this position.
