Seriously, the WORST interview process ever. I applied for the Customer Success Manager Internship position and was invited for an interview like 2 months ago. Had multiple interview rounds and they would always come back with something like .. oh, you have one more round to complete. I had 7 rounds of interviews in total with no clarity whether they want me or not. You can tell that the Principal who is involved in the hiring is pretty new to the company and an incapable person when it comes to dealing with people. How can you deal with your clients and provide the kind of customer service you boast off when you cannot even be genuine to your own people? After 2 months of multiple interview rounds, where I had to make decks and work on a comprehensive case study, they called me to tell me that they have put the internship position on hold due to budget constraints. I mean, seriously! You could not evaluate that before? You are selling a solution that is going to help your clients plan better and you internally cannot plan these things? What a dumb thing to come up with. If you hired someone else, that is alright. Be open about it and tell me I have been rejected. Don't tell me that you have put this position on hold due to budget constraints and would consider my profile if anything else comes up. Pathetic!
