I spoke to the recruiter over the phone and lined up an in-person interview, from there i blindly walked into a panel interview of 4-5 executives, none of which included the actual hiring manager, apparently he was too busy to attend. They didnt seem 100% sure of waht they were looking for. I felt like the interview went well and I believe the COO said i presented myself well. After the panel, i followed up with both the hiring manager and HR via phone and email. they didn't even have the professionalism to respond, that says a lot about a company, not somewhere i want to work if that is how they treat people.
