Interview
Included 2 skype interviews and 1 interview task. First interview getting to know your personality, skills, reason for wanting to come to Japan and work for GABA. 2nd interview evaluating teaching ability.
Basic interview questions followed by roleplaying with interviewer. Interviewer was friendly and explained everything carefully. The roleplaying is embarrassing and I’m not really sure what the point of it is.

Question 1
Teach the difference between ‘famous’ and ‘popular’ while writing notes.
It was easy and friendly, had to do two demo classes, one pretending to do it in person, another pretending to do it online. It wasn't a bad experience at all even though I was not given a job offer.
I interviewed in 2014 from the US so my interviews were all online. There were two interviews, the first focused on why I was interested in the job and the second was a demo lesson with spontaneous topic or question from the interviewer acting as a student.
