This is a three step process consisting of three interviews.
1.) A short phone screening which involves a series of basic questions regarding your previous experience, why you left your employer, and a few other 'technical' questions. Note: If you don't know it, don't fake it. Just tell them that you don't know but put forth your best effort.
2.) The second interview goes a little bit more in depth over your technical and troubleshooting aptitude. Expect more questions regarding virtualization, hybrid networking, and other basic networking questions. They wil also be asking you behaviorial questions based upon your past experiences.
3.) The third and final interview will consists of a few higher ups in the business. I believe my particular panel consisted of 5-6 employees. Again, shedding emphasis on behavorial questions here. I can't stress that enough.
You will be asked about your previous employers, how you best handled challenges, why you're interested or want to work for GTS, and so forth.
They will also perform reference checks. Make sure you've got a good list because that will determine if you get the gig.
I was informed I'd hear back from them within the next few days. Never did. So I called but was informed that they didn't hear back from one of my references and really wanted to speak with them. It was kind of comical, I suppose. But, I guess I didn't get the job and I hope they find the right one. :)
