I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GTA (Bangkok) in Aug 2017
Interview
Consisted of 3 steps, the First step was screening by HR, then if skills and experience were suitable they proceeded to have the next interview led by the line manager. Then the final selection process was to go through a formal assessment which consisted of 2 parts. The first past was based on a market data analysis with questions and multiple choice answers. The final step was based on the same market data with an additional correspondence which then led into a negotiation role play situation which all was under a specific time allocation.

Question 1
Industry based experience including various behavioural interview-style questions
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GTA (London, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
It was a three stage interview process:
- a phone call.
- a one to one live interview with coding problems and general competence based questions.
- a group interview with the manager
The interview process was fairly standard, the shock came at the end: after being told that they wanted to offer me the position they fell into radio silence for three weeks and they came back to me only after I asked for updates telling me that they already covered the position with an internal move.
Now, this is very disrespectful and rude, especially considered that the pushed for the interview process to be completed in a week and being that I am currently working this was a very serious effort for me.
I would suggest to avoid them since they don't really seem to care for the people they would like to hire, I can't imagine how they treat their own employees.

Question 1
Star schema/different types of dimensions/SQL problems/Python problems
This was a working interview. I came in and met the team, I was shown the system that were used and then had a twenty minute interview. Very relaxed interview.
