Multiple interviews where it seemed as if the workers had no form of communication. Generally disorganized. My first interview started an hour late, with me sitting in an empty call room by myself. I understand that you don't value my time, but at least you could pretend to. Interviewer was some offsite HR rep unable to answer any questions at all, be them about my position or the company itself. The entire process felt like a massive waste of time. Second interview was better in that I talked to one of the people I would be working with. Ended with him promising to get back to me in the case my application was declined. I thought "wow, how thoughtful of him to help me out with my job search!". I understand this isn't industry standard to send a note in case my application is denied, but promising this and then NEVER SENDING ANYTHING feels very disingenuous. Thanks so much.
