Resume & cover letter/resume screening/Interview based on company's values & behaviour (very important) - Examples must follow the STAR model (situation, Target, Actions, Result)/Second interview/job offer. Sponsorship for senior roles is a must.
Everyone was well prepared, and it was a great opportunity to meet many people on the team. I went through several rounds of interviews with different small groups of interviewees.

I was asked about specific policy issues and about how I would respond in different work situations.
Initial call with HR with motivations for positions, reasons for wanting to join GSK with some detail on role and benefits. Fast turnaround with subsequent call the next week for first round with the team.
