Primero tienes que contesta un assesment con unos vídeos sobre algunas situaciones reales en la empresa y como lo gestionarias, posterior a eso hacen una entrevista por HireVue con preguntas en español y en inglés.

Asked me abbout experience and some questions about quality assurance. They also asked me about the most important quality a QA specialist should have. The interview was around 1 hour in lenght

What is the most important qualities you should possess
Two phone interview 10 minutes each and one face to face with the manager about one hour with several questions, most of them were behavioral questions. The whole process took about one month.
