You start with an online test of whether you meet the values of the company. If you succesfuly pass you'll receive an invite to the other tests. You proceed with an easy numerical test and then a verbal test which is average. All in all will take 30'. If you are successful you'll be invited for a video interview. Questions are pretty easy. They use Sonru which is a software that uses pre-recorded video questions so you basically talk to yourself.
