I was sent to two locations for my first interview. Jurong and pioneer plant. Both interviews were different in terms of the questions they asked and the manager itself.

2 - If you were running the plant, and you noticed some discolouration in the product, what would you do
3 - Plenty of scenario and technical base questions
Long and drawn out process which took up most of the day. I ended up deciding that I couldn't take the job due to personal reasons but the experience was overall OK and I would try again in future.

Interview
2 rounds of interview. First round was a digital interview for the HR to filter applicants. The question was posed to me, and after about 30s to 1 min, I was asked to submit a video response to the questions. Second round was an online interview with the Senior engineer.
