Interview
After about three weeks, I received an email from the recruiter who invited me to the first interview. The first interview was on the phone and lasted about 30 min. We were talking about my experience and expectations.

Strengths, weakness, describe a challenging situation - how did you handle it? etc.
Grad scheme - multiple rounds, all quite standard (eg: aptitude testing / situational judgement / skills based questions). After each stage they gave feedback quite quickly which was appreciated, overall a good experience.

Can you name any regulatory bodies / health authorities that GSK might have to interact with?
Interviewers went through some questions including what my experiences were, and what I learned. I was also brought around the place to see what the interior of the building looked like.
