I applied through university. I interviewed at GSK (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
competency based interview process that is difficult. there was no hint as to what competencies they were after. After the introduction of the project I was asked the competency questions, which focused on decision quality and single point of accountability.
With Hiring manager was kind of blurt and not super casual but nothing difficult, just asking questions regarding fit for the position that wasn't described well in the listing. Hope it went better but I was too nervous.
The first round was a video interview, followed by a phone call HR screen, then a video call with the hiring manager and then a panel of interviewers from the department.
