Two directors gave me phone interview. Very polite and professional. The process was around 30 min, started with self-introduction, what the team was doing, and then asked about personal experience and expectation for the job.
Initial coding screening requiring problems to be solved under timed conditions. Using SQL, python and R.
This followed an initial screening video call with a member of the hiring team.
Two rounds, one hour each. Both were a combination of technical and competency questions, nothing too demanding. First round with potential line manager, second round with a panel from the team.
