Only got as far as the telephone interview which was the next stage. The telephone interview contained some of the usual questions (e.g. Give an example of when you have showed leadership) and some job specific questions, mainly true or false questions. These were quite simple but you would have to know the area (e.g. when setting up a dilution series you would work from most concentrated to least, true or false?) I was expecting generic questions about the role of pharmaceutical companies in today's climate but none of that came up. They let me know that i had not progressed to the next stage by email within a couple of days.
