difficult, first experience of an assessment centre. an overall strange experience. doesnt feel natural in the slightest, many recruiters watching the interview and group exercise process. would recommend making sure you are fluent in the language to engage in one

The interview process was three steps: Leadership Survey, Online Job Simulation, In person interview at assessment center (onsite interview). Took about 3 months to get through the whole process and get my offer.

The entire process took 4 -5 weeks. Initial application was done online, 4-7 days letter invited for test, 7-10 days after passing test was invited for phone interview (found out 2 weeks after phone interview). Review questions on this website, everything written is pretty accurate.
