1st round: technical C++ question. very poor. Interviewer said "I don't know for what role I'm interviewing you". A lot on move semantic. No question on your CV and past experience.
Fast tracked to second stage, LC hard which I did not pass. Very standard hedge fund style. The interviewer was nice and to the point. Practice a lot of competitive programming before jumping into an interview
