      Process Engineer Interview

      Jul 30, 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GRAIL

      Interview

Initial rounds moved by fast. The panel for interviews doesn’t make sense, feels like they just want to add more people and 45 mins per person to waste the candidate’s time since most questions are repeated and most of them are from the same team so what’s the point? People from different teams for different aspect of the candidate makes sense.. poor interview set up
