I applied online and was contacted via email for an interview. The interview had typical questions as well as hypothetical questions. Interview was about 30 minutes and the interviewer was very friendly.

It was only 1 round interview for being a group leader. They mainly asked and tested on social skills as it was a very social position. Also asked why I would be a good fit for this program.

Interview
The interview process was about 20 minutes in a large board room, but the interviewer and I sat at the two seats closest to the door. They asked me basic questions about interest in the position as well as questions about how I am a leader and how I have helped promote empowerment.
