1st Round Was HR based, generic questions, why are you leaving the previous company, why GOMO, salary expectations, background check etc.
2nd Round was to be taken by some one else (being rescheduled earlier due to unavailability of the interview taker), yet the technical round (having case study), was taken up by the HRs giving an indication that they are not willing to hire and going on with the interview for the sake of it, took over 4 hrs of time. I believe the one taking the interview should have at-least had the knowledge of the domain of the case study, in this case none of them did (Football was the topic), very sad.
