Interview
Initial process went smoothly but was spread out over two months; I met with HR contact (via phone) then moved on to direct report (via phone) several weeks later. Had initial discussion about the role for about 20 minutes and was told they'd be in touch to discuss in person interview in next couple weeks. After following up a couple weeks later and hearing back from HR once, no additional contact was made.

General questions about my experience - size of account managed, team leadership, etc.
First interview was screening with the recruiter, then I met with the hiring manager interview. Afterwhich I was interviewed with a peer and the skip level leader. Lastly, I had a panel presentation.
Initially was very coordinated, but then started to drag out as many of the decision makers were unavailable. Before the interview process was even complete I was asked to fill out survey on how the process went which felt a little odd.

I had several interviews with multiple peoples as well as one with the hiring manager. Was asked to do a second interview with the manager again after making a presentation of ideas. Ultimately I was was ghosted for a decision. I had to follow up over several weeks to find out anything from Hr. They decided on an internal candidate.
