GLO (Canada) interview questions

Four-stage interview process plus psychological evaluation, request for three references, and testing, all for a 2-day/week, 12-week internship that barely pays above minimum wage. They cancelled my final interview when I told them I would need a few hours to send them my references as I was busy with other interviews (quality candidates have other interviews, guys.) Red flags at every stage of the process.
