      Mechanical Robotics Engineer Interview

      Jul 2, 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GITAI

      Interview

The process has 4 stages: 1) Interview with a recruiter 2) Interview with a CTO 3) Interview with Hiring team and Project manager + a skill test 4) Interview with CTO and CEO

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Mostly questions on your projects and work experience. They ask questions specifically to the major of your study or the position you are applying. I was recommended to get a PhD first and then apply to them again in the future. The company is small start up with 67% of the staff being PhD holders. It has a great future I believe.

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful feedback. We’d like to clarify that we do not make hiring decisions based solely on academic background. Our evaluation process considers a range of factors, including relevant experience, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and alignment with our mission and values. We wish you all the best and hope you’ll consider future opportunities with GITAI.
