Interview held via teams. I was asked the desired salary and although my request was in line with my skills and the job market, I was asked if I was willing to accept less. A lot of questions were personal, and not related to my skills, professional experience and role. I was informed that in order to move forward in the recruitment process, I should have performed some online tests. I was ghosted after that and didn't hear anything from them anymore.
