First round with the hiring manager directly. She was extremely knowledgeable on PE and GIC. She shared her background and how she ended up in Singapore and joining GIC. Her calm, direct but fun nature put me at ease and allowed me to bring my best self to the interview process. She allowed me to speak about my background too and then we spoke about the role. She gave me a thorough and in-depth walkthrough of the role and left me really wanting to work for GIC and particularly wanting to work and learn from her. She would be a great mentor.
