Not so much an interview as they bring you in along with about 50 other people. They tell you about their company ways and if you're interested, they set you up with 2nd round interview. They don't ask any questions about your skills as they have a firm belief that if you have what it takes, you'll succeed. It is a purely sales position. The titles for the position they write are completely false and misleading. EVERYONE starts at the bottom in their company which is the entry level sales position-standing in a store and hoping to catch shoppers to sign up for whatever deal is currently happening. They try to get you interested by letting you know that you can move up into a managerial position by 6 months. Very misleading and shady way to get people to apply and interview. However, that being said, people were very pleasant to speak to and if you weren't interested they were understanding.
