On-line interview asking about past experiences and skills.
In person meeting with design team where I was able to have a question and answer session
A tour of office and building as a whole.
A phone screening followed by a panel interview with engineers. Very straight forward and didn't take long to hear back after applying. Interviewers were kind and made the interview like a causal conversation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GFT (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2025
Interview
Very simple, friendly, and casual. Over Zoom. Interviewer was very kind and genuine and had very realistic expectations. I felt very relaxed and confident despite this being my first engineering job experience.

He mainly asked about what got me interested in the field, what I was hoping to get out of the internship, and what kind of tasks I’d be most interested in working on (he was offering to place me where I was most interested in).
