Team reached out for an exploratory discussion, then followed up a few weeks later regarding an open role. Once engaged with a role, the process took a couple of weeks and was pretty fast.

Describe your career to date and what you learned from each experience that you leverage currently
Two Rounds of Inperson and one Telephonic discussion. Inperson discussions were completed on the same day. Specific to profile and my past experiences. Very good interviewers, interested in listening.

Interview
I had a series of video interviews with different leaders as well as 1 interview in person. Be prepared to use Microsoft Teams. Interviewers were friendly and asked great questions that made me think. There were lots of behavioral questions that relied on past experience. Many questions had to do with my experience with things that were happening at the company currently.
