I was referred by external recruiters. I interviewed with the hiring manager. Great person! However, we determined early on that what the hiring manager was looking for was not at all reflected in the job requisition details. It was almost the exact opposite skill set on the REQ. Negative experience since it was a waste of time for both of us. If you are reading this, hold HR responsible for wasting your time or not responding!
