I was reached via phone by the hiring manager and she was incredibly kind and we connected instantly. I know my hiring situation was particular and not the usual process as the rest of the interns, for what I have learned.

I was asked to talk in more detail about specific items on my resume.

Interview
Interviewed with the hardware engineering manager and three other senior hardware engineers. Whole process took no more than 2 hours. Also had some phone conversations with the hardware engineering manager before being brought in for on site interview.
