First Resume Shortlisting. Technical Round one. 2nd Round Technical. Manager round (Salary discussion) Offer letter. It will be quick if someone refers you to apply. Recruiters allow candidate for his/her feasible time to attend interview. All the rounds were through Skype. Technical rounds are important. Manager round is all about salary discussion.

Average. Recruiter will share JD and discuss about roles and responsibilities. Discuss about expectations and current roles. Hiring manager will also be keen to know about our current role and then technical panel will ask questions to know the candidates caliber in providing business solutions. Manager round is all about whether we are fit for the open position or not and then HR discussion for salary and other perks.
