Because I was not in the area, I conducted 2-3 phone interviews. One was an intro, then a HR interview, and lastly a technical interview. If you are familiar with programming concepts and algorithms it should be relatively easy for the phone interview. However, the interviews may change over time.

Hiring process was done in 3 round.The company people had visited campus to give preplacement talk.After that they had 1st round which was online test which had quants, verbal, logical.Almost 90 people they shortlisted after 1st round.2nd round and 3rd round was conducted in there Bangalore office.2nd round was technical.There were 2 people to interview .It was 1:2 Interview,3rd round was hr.

1st Aptitude and coding: 2hr it was on cocubes and they shortlisted 50 students
2nd resume based technical: Basic resume questions and data structures
3rd HR : Basic HR questions like what is your dream company.

Interview
The interview consisted of two rounds. First round consisted of simple OOPS questions and a brief discussion of projects. The second round was a Tech + HR round which consisted of a few puzzles, a system design question, and a detailed discussion of projects and extra-curricular activities undertaken. They were looking for candidates with excellent leadership qualities and experience working on challenging projects.
