Rounds- 1) Presentation, 2) Technical Interview, 3) Behavioural Interview, 4) Managerial Interview, and 5) HR Interview
The presentation of my PhD research was 25 minutes long, and 25 minutes of questioning was followed. In the technical interview, they checked my basics of ultrasound testing and X-ray radiography. The third round was about checking the situational and behavioural aptitude of the candidate. The STAR method is highly recommended here to answer the questions on situations. I think the managerial interview is just for formality, but the manager's liking of the candidate was the decision-making for this round. If the manager doesn't like you, he will show a sign here, and even if you did well in all rounds before, you will not get selected.
