      EEDP Interview

      Feb 9, 2010
      Anonymous employee
      Grand Rapids, MI
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Grand Rapids, MI) in Nov 2009

      Interview

I first showed interest in obtaining a position with GE and at Purdue Job fair. I gave a rep my resume and he kindly showed me how to apply online. Within a month or two I heard back from an company rep saying that they would like to interview me on campus. After that interview I was asked to go to Grand Rapids, for another interview in a couple months. The interview at the GE plant lasted half a day and consisted of an initial presentation given by myself and the other candidates to a panel of interviewers. Then there were 5 to 6 rounds of one on one interviews with various managers. It was about two weeks after the interview that I received my offer letter.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Give an example of a time in which you were up against the odds. How did you react and what was the outcome.
