I have to conform to the requirement of management and during interview to answer soon and precisely. Accurately to know the purpose of work and the corresponding skills demanding this profession. In the course of interview I have to be dressed purely without sportswear. I shouldn't feel bashfulness because it disturbs in relationship of the employer and future worker.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GCA Services (Pasco, FL) in Jan 2018

Ask if you have clean background and when you can start. It took a few days for background check then I started working. Only had 2 days training for each building to clean.
