I really enjoyed the interview process with EJ Gallo. I met a rep at a campus recruiting event, had a first-round virtual interview with two sales directors, had a second round interview with a senior level director, then a recruiting conference where I had to give a board presentation followed by two small group interviews. They are very focused on leadership and who you are as a person.

There were two interviews total, both in person. The first was more general behavioral questions with a mix of situational questions. The second was similar, but with someone higher up in the company.
