Very intensive, they just really want to get to know you as a person and see if your personality fits. They liked to hear about leadership experiences, goal oriented situations, and times that you persevered through hard times. Talked a lot about adversity and hardships in past experiences.

There were two interviews total, both in person. The first was more general behavioral questions with a mix of situational questions. The second was similar, but with someone higher up in the company.
