phone screening with HR, followed by a phone screen with hiring manager. Then an in person interview with the hiring manager, HR, and other department managers that lasted for 2 -3 hours and lunch. Questions ranged from past experience, to current growth objectives, sales tactics, work life balance, etc. some questions were rather standard and a couple were well thought out. Hiring manager was very hospitable and made every attempt to make me comfortable and at ease.
