Initial phone interview with the company. They wanted to know my background and where I would fit in with their company. Their primary goal was to look for a engineering manager. However, they were also interested in some of my other skillsets.

Interview
Very straight forward and conversational interview. Good professional environment and flexibility. First interview was with the hiring manager and second one with the VP, the process took around 2 months.
